Course & App Guide

Get the most from MikeKnows AI Apps.

How this course works, what's free, and how to use every workspace — built around the 23-step Prompt Order Theory™ method.

Quick start

The recommended way through the course

The course teaches 23 prompts in the exact order a real app needs them. Step 1 is free with an account; the rest unlock with your subscription. Learn a step, send its prompt, verify it, move on.

STEP 01

Claim your free Step 1

Create your account and open Step 1 — Foundation. It's free, includes the intro video, your brand checklist and your very first build prompt.

Open Step 1 (free)
STEP 02

Learn how to talk to your AI builder

A standalone primer (not one of the 23 steps): tone, structure and the five ingredients every good prompt needs.

Open the primer
STEP 03

Walk the 23 Steps of Prompt Order Theory™

Follow the roadmap in order — Steps 1 to 23. Each lesson explains what belongs in that prompt, why it sits there, and what breaks if you skip it.

STEP 04

Create a real project and build along

Give your idea a home, then use the builder tools (research, validation, branding, architecture) to turn each lesson into a real asset.

Open My Projects
Feature directory

What each part of the app does

Open a category, understand its purpose, then jump directly to the relevant workspace.

Best practices

Build for an outcome, not completion.

The goal is not simply to visit every screen. It is to leave each stage with a stronger, more launch-ready app.

  1. 1

Follow the order — that's the whole method

The 23 steps are sequenced deliberately. Doing Step 10 before Step 3 is how apps get rewritten, and how you burn AI credits repairing your own work.

  2. 2

    Work on one real idea

The tools are most useful when every output contributes to the same app rather than a collection of unrelated exercises.

  3. 3

    Send one prompt, one job

Bundling five requests into one prompt means one gets half-built. Send it, check it, then move to the next step.

  4. 4

Save the result, not just the answer

Move useful AI output into your project documents and builder as you go so each lesson produces a concrete asset.

  5. 5

    Verify before you continue

Use each lesson's 'check after' list. A step that only looks finished will break the step that depends on it.

  6. 6

    Mark lessons complete

Toggling a lesson complete updates your progress and reveals the next-step button, so you never lose your place in the 23.

  7. 7

    Use search to jump around

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) and type a step number, lesson name or tool to go straight there.

  8. 8

    Use support when blocked

Report reproducible app issues through Report a Bug, or use Contact for course, account, feedback, and partnership questions.

Need help while you build?

Use Contact for course or account questions. If something in the app is not working, send a reproducible report through Report a Bug.
